  • Talk to Connect, LLC is not a therapy practice and Sandi Young is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional; services are for conversational discussion and/or personal development purposes only and/or for those experiencing loneliness, isolation, stress, or a desire to talk in an informal, non-medical environment.

    • If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 or 988 for the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

    • If you already have a mental health provider, please contact them

  • Both Parties will maintain courtesy, appropriateness and respect. Sandi Young has the right to end a phone call immediately, without refund if she deems:

    • The conversation has an inappropriate storyline or topic

    • Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful language or tone is used 

    • Additionally, Sandi Young may terminate service at any time without notice

  • Refunds aren’t given.

    Appointments can be rescheduled ONE TIME up until 24 hours before the scheduled call time. The rescheduling link can be found in the appointment confirmation email. Within 24 hours of the appointment time, rescheduling is no longer available and payment is forfeited.

    You will be called from a private number at the start of the appointment time (EST) at the number provided when booking. Attempts will be made up until 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If client hasn’t answered within the 10 minute window, the appointment and payment will be forfeited.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Will be upheld during and after discussions. This includes any interaction notes retained for future conversations to provide personalized conversational services. Reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard confidential information via secure storage.

    Exception – if there is mention of self-harm or to that of others, mandatory reporting will be required.
